February 2017 Board Actions
At its meeting on February 23–24, 2017, HLC's Board of Trustees adopted a policy on fraud and abuse, as well as revisions to HLC’s Bylaws, Obligations of Affiliation and policy on seeking approval of a change of control. The Board also approved proposed policy revisions concerning Notice and teach-out requirements, and took a number of institutional actions. Learn more >>
