Board of Trustees
The Higher Learning Commission’s Board of Trustees took the following action on April 10, 2024.
Illinois
Judson University, Reaffirmed the Board’s November 2023 approval of the continuation of accreditation related to the application for Change of Control, Structure or Organization wherein the institution, through an Asset Purchase Agreement, acquires Ambria College of Nursing, with the intent of ultimately merging/consolidating Ambria College of Nursing within its structure and HLC accreditation.

- Approved the institution’s Teach-Out Agreements with the following institutions as additions to the Provisional Plan approved by HLC’s Institutional Actions Council in March 2024.
